It is very important to us that you love every product you receive from Pure Art!

Remember that Pure Art items are handmade, fair trade creations by artisans. Every item is unique and many differ marginally on occasion from the product images viewed online. We celebrate this uniqueness and call it perfect imperfection!

In the instance that you change your mind on an item, you may receive a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you receive an order that is not in the condition you expected, please contact us at support@pureart.ca or at 1-866-567-4325 and we will be happy to assist you in finding a solution!

* Please note that all Gifts to the World items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. 

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds 

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please email us at support@pureart.ca with "Item Refund" in the subject line and we will email you a return form. Once we receive the item with the form, we will email you to confirm that the return has been accepted and will proceed to process the refund. Return shipping costs will not be covered by Pure Art. 

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item for something else, please email us at support@pureart.ca with "Item Exchange" in the subject line and we will email you an exchange form. Once we receive your original purchase back with the exchange form, we will ship your new item to you, no shipping charge. 

* Your returnable items can be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address:
